Flooring using PCC 1:5:10 using 40 mm stone jelly. Floor finishing using Ceramic tiles using cement mortar (Plain Colour of 16” * 16” size). Rate, Rs. 24/sqft. |
| Terrace |
| Terrace will be finished with lime, cement and combination mortar of mix 1:1:4 and pattern tiles. |
| Painting |
| Ceiling in side walls and outside are painted with two coats of Snowcem. |
| Plumbing |
| Plumbing works are using PVC pipes with GI fittings. Kitchen will be provided with one tap. Toilet will be provided with two taps (One for Closet and Other one with Shower). |
| Electrification |
| All Electrical works are concealed with KUNDAN cables and Anchor Piano switches. Hall will be provided with one fan and two light points. Kitchen will be provided with one exhaust fan point , one light point and provision for Mixie/Grinder. Bedrooms are provided with one light point, one fan point, one light lamp and one 5A socket. Toilets and passage are provided with one light point each. At outside provided with one light point in each side. All comprises a total number of 34 points, which includes 22 light/fan points and 12 5A points. |
